There's always a special spot in my heart for home runs. I enjoy watching the last few seconds when a team is about to win. I don't always look at the face of the athlete who is about to reach the base. I turn my head and face the audience. (They say I sometimes do something close to a "Linda Blair" head tilt) I can't help it. The faces in the audience have such a powerful impact. I have never seen so many people get excited about something. They all know it's too close but they still have this cute expression of fear, yet still hopeful. We can learn a lot from that.
