Thank you for your interest in Lionville Lightning! Lightning 16U Black is a competitive B level 16U team (born after 9/1/2009). Please fill out the form below to register for an open practice, tryout, or private tryout if the scheduled dates do not work for you. Plan to arrive at the tryouts a few minutes early in order to meet our staff. We encourage you to attend multiple practices/tryouts. We look forward to meeting you!

I further release the coaches and the Lionville Lightning staff from any responsibility for injury or accident before, during or after any league activity. In case of a medical emergency, coaching staff has my permission to obtain treatment from the hospital listed below, if possible.
