Lionville Lightning 12U Gold ​Registration 

Thank you for your interest in Lionville Lightning! Lightning 12U Gold is a 2nd year competitive B level 12U team (born on or after 9/1/2013). Please fill out the form below to register for a tryout or request a private tryout if the scheduled dates do not work for you. Plan to arrive at the tryouts a few minutes early in order to meet our staff. We encourage you to attend multiple practices/tryouts. We look forward to meeting you!

Zulu field: Downingtown East High School, 50 Devon Dr., Exton, PA 19341 (in the back of the school)
LYA Park, Field B: 34 Devon Drive, Exton, PA 19341

    Waiver of Liability

    I hereby give permission for (above Player Name) to participate in the Lionville Lightning Softball Program. I further release the coaches and the Lionville Lightning staff from any responsibility for injury or accident before, during or after any league activity. In case of a medical emergency, coaching staff has my permission to obtain treatment from the hospital listed below, if possible.
