Lionville Lightning 11U Black ​Registration 

Thank you for your interest in Lionville Lightning! Lightning 11U Black is a 1st year 12U team (born on or after 9/1/2014). Please fill out the form below to register for a tryout or request a private tryout if the scheduled dates do not work for you. Plan to arrive at the tryouts a few minutes early in order to meet our staff. We encourage you to attend multiple tryouts. We look forward to meeting you! 
All tryouts will be held at LYA Park, Field B (unless otherwise noted below).

I further release the coaches and the Lionville Lightning staff from any responsibility for injury or accident before, during or after any league activity. In case of a medical emergency, coaching staff has my permission to obtain treatment from the hospital listed below, if possible.
